Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Fxlens mobile app and the fxlens.app website, operated by Fxlens Technologies ("Fxlens", "we"). By creating an account or using Fxlens, you agree to these terms.

1. What Fxlens is — and isn't

Fxlens provides chart-analysis tools, educational content, trade journaling, community features, and market commentary.
Fxlens is not a broker, investment adviser, or portfolio manager. Nothing in the app — including AI analyses, daily signals, mentor commentary, or community posts — is financial advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
Trading involves substantial risk. Foreign exchange and CFD trading can result in losses exceeding your deposits. Past performance, including any results shown in the app or on our website, does not guarantee future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fxlens.
Keep your credentials secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Subscriptions & payments

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown before purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your store account settings at least 24 hours before the period ends. Refunds are handled by the app stores under their policies.
Promotional access (e.g. free trial periods or partner offers) is discretionary, may carry additional conditions, and can be modified or withdrawn.

4. Community rules

Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or scams.
No impersonation, no soliciting funds from other members, no promoting other paid services without our permission.
Content you post may be moderated, edited for display, featured (e.g. shared results/testimonials you submit), or removed. You keep ownership of your content and grant Fxlens a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it within the app and our marketing surfaces (such as the website results wall) — you can request removal of featured content at any time.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

5. Third-party services

The app and website may reference or link to third-party services, including broker partners. Your dealings with any third party — including opening or funding a trading account — are solely between you and that third party, governed by their terms. We may receive compensation from partners when you sign up through our links.

6. Intellectual property

Fxlens, its logo, app design, and content we create are our property. Don't copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute the service or its content without permission.

7. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no reverse engineering, automated scraping, exploiting bugs, or interfering with other users' access. Report vulnerabilities to us privately.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Fxlens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fxlens Technologies is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using Fxlens and delete your account at any time (see fxlens.app/delete-account). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or misuse of the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date. Continuing to use Fxlens after changes means you accept them.
