This policy explains how Fxlens Technologies ("Fxlens", "we") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Fxlens mobile app and the fxlens.app website.

Information we collect

Account details — name, email address, username/handle, and profile photo when you create an account.
Content you create — chart analyses you run, saved trades and journal entries, community posts, comments, poll votes, and testimonials you choose to share.
Usage & device data — in-app actions (screens used, features opened), device type, operating system, app version, push notification tokens, and approximate region. Used to operate, secure, and improve the product.
Purchase status — subscription entitlement and transaction state from the App Store / Google Play (we never see or store your card details).
Advertising attribution — install and in-app event signals shared with measurement partners (see below) so we can understand which of our ads work.

How we use it

To provide the app: run analyses, deliver signals and notifications you opt into, power community features, and sync your data across devices.
To maintain safety: moderation of community content, fraud and abuse prevention.
To improve Fxlens: aggregated, de-identified product analytics.
To measure advertising: attributing installs and purchases to campaigns.
To contact you: service emails and, where you've opted in, product updates. You can unsubscribe any time.

Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited data with processors who run parts of the service for us:

Appwrite — cloud database and hosting for accounts and app content.
RevenueCat — subscription management (receipt validation and entitlement status).
Apple App Store / Google Play — payments and app distribution.
Meta and Tenjin — advertising measurement and attribution (device-level advertising identifiers and app events, subject to your device's tracking permissions).
Email delivery providers — for transactional and opted-in marketing email.

What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information.
We don't access your brokerage or trading accounts. If you later connect a read-only trading account feature, it will use read-only credentials you explicitly provide and can revoke at any time.
Fxlens provides analysis tools and education — not financial advice. Trading involves risk.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed from our production systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal, security, or accounting reasons.

Deleting your data

You can delete your account and associated data at any time — follow the steps at fxlens.app/delete-account, or use the in-app support chat and we'll do it for you.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us and we'll honor applicable requests.

Children

Fxlens is not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update this page and note the new date above.
